Billing questions
- How is it billed?
- Through Shopify. You choose the plan on Shopify's own plan page and the charge appears on your Shopify invoice. The app never creates a charge itself.
- Is it a percentage of my sales?
- No. It is a flat monthly price that does not change with your order volume.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. We set each store up with you instead, so you see the suite working on your own checkout from the start.
- Why “from” $399?
- Pro is the plan listed on the Shopify App Store. Stores that need a different arrangement can talk to us; every plan includes the same features.
